Trenton Postell
Co-Host & Co-Founder
Visionary business leader, investor, and keynote speaker with more than a decade of executive leadership experience across finance, franchising, and education.
As Founder and CEO of Impact Legacy Group, LLC, Trent has expanded into multiple franchise ventures in Central Florida. Prior to entrepreneurship, he managed more than $750 million in mortgage volume at Merrill Lynch and Foundation Financial Group.
A passionate advocate for children and educational policy, Trent serves on multiple boards. He earned a B.S. in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Florida, where he was also a student athlete. Married for more than twenty years, proud parent of five.
Star Postell, M.Ed.
Co-Host & Co-Founder
Accomplished educator, entrepreneur, and transformational leader with a heart for breaking generational cycles and strengthening families.
She holds a Bachelor's in Communication from the University of Florida, a Master's in Education from the University of North Florida, and a Graduate Certificate in Christian Education from Regent University.
Star's journey is marked by resilience. Through faith, intentional healing, and a holistic approach to wellness, she found restoration and purpose — and today uses her story to inspire educators and families across generations.
